1. What are cookies?

They allow the site to remember your actions and preferences (such as login state) over a period of time, so you don't have to re-enter them every time you come back. Similar technologies include local storage and session storage in your browser.
2. Types of cookies we use
Strictly necessary
Required for the Platform to function — for example, keeping you signed in, remembering your role (Parent or Supplier), and protecting against abuse. These cannot be switched off in our systems.
Functional
Remember your preferences, such as the last area or filter you selected, and improve the user experience.
Analytics
Help us understand how the Platform is used so we can improve it — which pages are most visited, whether briefs are completed, and where users drop off. These are aggregated and do not identify you personally.
Payment
When you purchase credits, our payment partner Paystack may set cookies to process the transaction and prevent fraud. These are governed by Paystack's own privacy and cookie policies.
3. Third parties that may set cookies
- Supabase — authentication and session storage.
- Paystack — payment processing.
- Analytics tooling we may add to understand product usage.
4. Managing cookies
Most browsers let you view, manage and delete cookies through their settings. You can also block cookies from being set, but doing so may prevent parts of the Platform — including sign-in and lead unlocks — from working correctly.
